Juggling The Private & Student Market

The last month for us as an agent has been busy in all sectors. As many people may know the student market is a key part of our business. Although it is not the main part it is still very important and with over one hundred houses being to let to students this year, it is like a snowball gathering momentum almost every day until the students return at the end of the month.

Whilst this has been happening we have continued to be extremely busy in the latter part of the summer with a host of new instructions and re-lets in the private rental sector.

There has been a host of new properties including a well maintained and refurbished bungalow in Gnosall, two beautiful fully furnished one bedroom properties within the grounds of Chetwynd End House, a new Three Bedroom House on the Shropshire Homes development and property even further afield in Market Drayton.

As we enter Autumn the key to successful marketing is making the best of your property and making sure both inside and out that it looks, neat, tidy and presentable. It really does make a difference.
